# Aibuku for agencies

> Set up and run the AI-chat channel for the businesses you look after — each client separate, one place to manage them all.

If you set things up for other businesses — as a marketing, web or digital agency — Aibuku lets you run each client's AI-chat channel from one account.

## How it fits together

* *Your agency is one workspace.* It holds your agency's name, your plan and billing, and your team.
* *Each client is a project inside it.* A client gets everything a business gets in Aibuku: its own business details, its own Studio and services, its own Inbox, its own listings in Directories, its own Insights — and its own connection that assistants use.
* *Nothing is shared between clients.* One client's details, design and customer requests never show in another's.

| Per agency (the workspace) | Per client (each project) |
| - | - |
| The agency's name and logo | The client's business details and logo |
| One plan and billing for all clients | The client's services, design and connection |
| Your team | The client's Inbox, Insights and listings |
| Usage, split by client on the Billing page | The client's prompts and test results |

## Where to go next

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Set up your agency" icon="rocket" href="/agencies/set-up-your-agency">
    Choose "For my clients", add your agency, and set up your first client.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Add and manage clients" icon="users" href="/agencies/add-and-manage-clients">
    Add more clients, switch between them, and invite your team.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Everything else in this guide works the same for each client. Where it says *your business*, read *your client's business*.
