To use Aibuku, you choose a plan at the end of setup. You can change it later. ## How the trial works * You choose a plan and add your payment details. Payment is handled securely by Mollie. * Eligible plans start with a **7-day trial**. Nothing is charged when you add your card. * After the trial, your plan renews and you pay for it — unless you cancel before the trial ends. * You can use the trial once. If you already used it, the plan starts as a paid plan right away. ## Compare plans Open the menu at the top of the sidebar (it shows your business name) and choose **Workspace settings**. Then choose **Billing** in the sidebar, and **Choose a plan** — or **Change plan** if you already have one. The Choose a Plan page: Monthly and Yearly, five plans side by side, and what each one includes. On **Choose a Plan** you can: * Switch between **Monthly** and **Yearly**. * See what each plan includes: how many applications, customers, team members and checks you get. Features a plan does not have are marked **Not in this package**. * Choose **Start 7-day trial** or **Subscribe** on the plan you want. Your plan is marked **Current plan**. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on that page. They can change, so this guide does not list them. ## Upgrade or downgrade * **Upgrade** (a bigger plan): the change starts right away, after the payment is confirmed. Choose **Upgrade now**. * **Downgrade** (a smaller plan): the change starts at your next renewal. Choose **Confirm Downgrade**. Until then you keep your current plan. If a payment is still in progress, Aibuku waits for it to finish before you can change plan again. ## Cancel On the **Billing** page, choose **Cancel Subscription**, then **Yes, Cancel**. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, paid features stop. The Billing page then shows **Access ends** with the date. If you cancel during the trial, it shows **Cancelled — no recurring charge scheduled.** More about the Billing page: [Billing](/account/billing).
