# Inbox

> Every booking, question and order that came in through an AI chat, in one list.

The **Inbox** shows every form your customers filled in while chatting with an assistant about your business: bookings, questions and orders.

We also email each request to you. The Inbox is your copy, in case an email ever goes missing.

Open it from the sidebar: **Inbox**.

  In an **Evaluation only** project, Inbox is locked. See [Evaluation only](/get-started/set-up-your-business#evaluation-only).

## Read a request

Each request shows:

* which service it came from, such as **Ask a question**;
* who sent it, with their contact details;
* how long it has been waiting — a new one is marked **Needs you**;
* every question the customer answered.

Use the filters at the top to narrow the list: **All applications**, **All services** and **All items**. Choose **Load more** to see older requests. If you see **No requests yet**, no customer has sent one so far.

## Mark what happened

When you have dealt with a request, mark how it ended:

* **Sorted** — you handled it.
* **Didn't turn up** — the customer did not come to the booking.
* **Not going ahead** — the customer or you decided not to continue.

You can undo a mark if you chose the wrong one.

## When a customer could not be reached

If you see **We could not reach them.**, the confirmation to the customer did not arrive. Often the email address they gave did not work. If they left a phone number, it is shown on the request, so you can call them instead.
