Billing - Aibuku Guide

The Billing page shows your plan, what you have used, and your invoices. To open it, open the menu at the top of the sidebar (it shows your business name), choose Workspace settings, then choose Billing.

What you see

Your plan — the plan you are on, and when you are billed next (Next billing). If you cancelled, you see when access ends (Access ends).
Usage — how much of your plan’s allowance you have used this period.
What’s included — the features your plan includes.
Invoices — your past invoices. Choose Download to save one.

Common tasks

To…	Do this
Pick your first plan	Choose Choose a plan.
Move to another plan	Choose Change plan. See Plans and trial.
Change your card	Choose Update payment method.
Finish a payment you started	Open the plans page (Choose a plan or Change plan), then choose Resume checkout on the plan you picked.
Stop your plan	Choose Cancel Subscription, then Yes, Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If a payment is waiting

If you see Awaiting first payment, your payment details are saved, and your access starts when the first payment succeeds. This can take a short time.
