Your business in the chat

Assistant — an AI chat app your customers use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Some screens call it an AI app. Service — one thing a customer can do with your business in a chat: read about you, ask a question, request a quote, book a time. You add services in Studio. Application — the set of your services that an assistant can use. Most businesses have one. Connection — the link between an assistant and your business. The connection URL is its address: you paste it into ChatGPT, or use Add to Claude. See Connect an assistant. Some screens call it your connector. Tool — how an assistant sees one of your services: one action it can take for the customer, such as “send a question to the salon”. Card — what a customer sees in the chat when the assistant shows your business or a service: your name, details, and buttons to go ahead. Design — how your cards, forms and steps look. You change it in Studio. Draft — changes only you can see. Publish makes a draft live for customers. See Publish. Try it — a chat inside Aibuku where you test your live business the way a customer would. Rehearsal — an example chat during setup, built from your details. Nothing is sent. Request — a form a customer sent you from a chat: a question, a quote request, a booking. Requests arrive in your Inbox. Directory — the app store inside an assistant where people find businesses. Your listing is your entry there. See Directories. Agent — the assistant built into Aibuku that helps you work: it reads your setup, tests questions and prepares changes for you to approve. A skill is a ready-made job you can give it. See The Agent.

Being found and chosen

Visibility — how well AI assistants find and recommend your business. See Visibility. Customer — in Visibility, a type of person who buys from you, such as a busy parent. You describe them so Aibuku can ask assistants questions the way they would. Prompt — one thing a customer might say to an assistant. Level — how plainly a prompt asks for what you sell, from Just chatting to Asks for you by name. See Writing good customer questions. Run — one test: Aibuku asks the assistants your prompts and records what happened. A daily check is a run that happens by itself once a day. Verdict — how far an assistant got in a run: for your website from Found to Pointed, for your connector from Connector shown to Right parameters. See The numbers explained. Citation — a website an assistant pointed to as the source of its answer. Cited means it used your website that way. Source — in the weekly report, a website assistants cite. (Under Project settings → Sources, it means something else: where Aibuku gets your business information.) Competitor — a website you chose to be measured against, up to five. Search presence — how Google and AI answers show your business next to your competitors. Site health — Aibuku’s check of your own website, as customers and AI read it, with what to fix.

Your account

Workspace — your account: it holds your plan, billing, team and all your projects. Project — one business inside your workspace. For an agency, each client is a project. Plan — what you pay for and what it includes. Some screens call it a package. Trial — the first 7 days of an eligible plan, before paid billing begins. See Plans and trial. Allowance — how much of something your plan includes each month: Assistant requests (work the Agent does), Try it questions, and the Evaluation budget for runs. Evaluation only — a project that only measures how assistants answer about a business. Nothing is built for its customers.
