- A project is one business. Most owners have one.
- A workspace holds your projects, your plan and your billing.
Project settings
In the sidebar, under Project settings, choose General. Here you can change:- Project Name — the name you see in Aibuku.
- Website address — the website Aibuku checks for this business. You see it only if your plan includes Visibility.
Your business details — name, contact details, opening hours and what you offer — are not set here. Change them in Studio, under Business.
Workspace settings
Open the menu at the top of the sidebar and choose Workspace settings. The Overview page shows your workspace and your Plan & usage. Choose Rename workspace to change its name. From the workspace sidebar you can also reach Billing. See Billing. How long buyer details are kept
In Workspace settings, under Data, Buyer details sets how long Aibuku keeps the words buyers used in the chats it runs with AI assistants: what they asked for, when and how many. Your reports use them to show what the AI looks for.- Your plan sets the longest period: 12 months, unless your plan includes more. To keep them longer, choose a plan that includes it in Billing.
- You can choose a shorter period, down to 1 month. Before it saves, Aibuku tells you how many chats lose their words. Words older than the new period are deleted straight away, on every project in the workspace. This cannot be undone. Choosing a longer period again keeps new words longer; deleted words do not come back.
- If a plan that kept them longer ends, words up to the longer period are still kept for 30 days.
- Only the workspace owner can change this.
Invite your team
Choose Invite your team at the bottom of the sidebar to bring a colleague in.Inviting your team, and team and workspace settings such as Members and Groups, are part of some plans only. If you don’t see them, your plan does not include them.
