The steps

Choose how you will use Aibuku

The first screen asks How will you use Aibuku? Pick one:
  • For my own business — you run the business.
  • For my clients — you are an agency and set up businesses for others.
  • I don’t have a website — you will type your details in yourself.
  • Evaluation only — you only want to see how AI assistants answer about your business. Nothing is built. See Evaluation only below.

Give us your website

Under What’s your website?, enter your website address. Tick I own this site, or I have the right to use its content. Then choose Read my site. Aibuku reads your pages to find your business details and what you offer.If the read does not work — for example Your site blocked us. — choose Try another address, or carry on and fill in the details yourself.No website? You will see Tell us about your business instead, and you fill in the details yourself.

Check your details

The screen Is this right? shows what we found: your name, logo, contact details and more. Fix anything that is wrong. If the logo is not yours, choose Not our logo — remove it.When it is right, choose Looks good.

Check what you offer

What you offer lists the products or services we found. Add, remove or rename them. If we found the wrong things, choose Not what you sell? Show us where it is. and point us to the right page.Then choose Continue.

Choose what customers can do

What people will be able to ask lists what customers can ask an assistant about your business. Under When customers want to go ahead, you see what happens when a customer wants to take the next step. To change it, choose Change customer action.Choose Looks good. Aibuku sets up anything that is still missing.

Watch the rehearsal

A rehearsal of what your customers see shows a short example chat: A customer asks, and The assistant answers with your details.
  • If it looks right, choose That’s me.
  • If something is wrong, choose Something’s off and fix it.

Choose a plan

To finish, choose a plan and add your payment details. Eligible plans include a 7-day trial before paid billing begins. See Plans and trial.When you see Welcome to Aibuku, choose Enter Aibuku.
The rehearsal is an example. It shows how an assistant can use your details. It does not mean a real assistant has already found you. To check that, connect an assistant and test it.

Add another business later

To set up another business, start a new project and choose how to begin: With my website, I don’t have a website or Evaluation only. The same steps follow.

Evaluation only

An Evaluation only project measures how AI assistants answer about your business, using Visibility. It does not build anything for customers. So Studio, Inbox and Directories show a locked example page instead of the real one. To unlock them, open one of those pages and choose Turn this into a full project. If your plan does not include full projects, you see See plans instead. Only an admin of the project can do this.

Change your details later

Everything you confirmed here can be changed later in Studio, under Business.
