The Dashboard is the first item in the sidebar. It answers three questions: what should I do next, what are customers doing, and what does my plan allow?

Next step

The large card at the top shows the one thing to do next — for example Connect your calendar or Test your connection. When everything is set up, it says Ready to connect. See Connect an assistant.

Your business

A short summary of your business. Keep the information your customers ask for up to date. To change it, choose Edit business. This opens your business details in Studio.

Recent activity

What happened when assistants used your business in the last 7 days:
  • Connection requests — how often an assistant reached your business.
  • Requests with errors — how many of those did not work.
Choose View activity for the full picture in Insights. If you see No activity in the last 7 days, no assistant has used your business in that time. Activity appears here when an assistant uses your connection.
